Extraterrestrials have not come here for you. Our goal is to study your Earth, because we know it is a mother-planet, and that interplanetary societies have evolved here on your planet.

 Man is the center of universe. Non-human races do exist. Earth man of to-day is rather surprising, because he owns at a natural level the so-called PSI abilities, that our science manages only at a technologic level.

 Very many different civilizations have appeared on your Earth, one after another, since aeons: your Earth is like a living being (in a certain sense, she actually lives): she is like the nucleus of an atom, with very many nucleons it her center, with electrons orbiting around. They aggregate randomly to nucleons, giving birth to chemical elements that, little by little, emerge on her surface. It is not true what your geologists maintain, that Earth’s center is a mass of molten iron. From time to time cataclysms take place, and heavy elements sink toward the Earth’s center, where they decompose in lighter elements.

 In the universe dimensions and level exist. Your scientists haven’t yet understood the meaning of levels. Cosmos is like a spherical surface, with rays going toward its center. Rays are the levels. In the center God sits.

 There is a negative civilization, and we are at war with them. Negatives are without laws and morality.

 We have many bases. One of them extends from Ascoli Piceno to Campobasso, and from the Adriatic sea to Rome. Its ceiling is one km high, so that at times it rains inside it!

 We need huge quantities of platinum for the maintenance of our apparati.
